Californian Doctor, Dr Gary Rheinschild faces possible discipline and even a reprimand of his surgical licence following allegations that he messed up 3 penile enhancement surgeries between 2003 and 2005.
According to the California Medical Board, Dr Rheinschild, aged 75, is believed to have caused gross misconduct in his treatment of these 3 men and of continuing to perform surgery despite revealing signs of visual impairment.
Reviewing his case, Rheinschild’s attorney claims that these complaints against his visual capacity are propaganda, as a Judge has already announced that Dr Rheinschild is not visually incapable of performing surgery. Continuing, Rheinschild attorney believes these allegations are due to opposition seeking to destroy his surgical reputation, and nothing more.
Are their accusations real?

Client Two: 21 year old customer seeks out Rheinschild in 2005. In his documentation he noticed that Rheinschild’s fingers mostly twitched and his memory was forgetful. Five weeks after the $8,000 surgery, the skin flap stitched onto his penis burst open and his penis quickly shrunk in size before curving. After repetitively attempting to get a follow up with Rheinschild – who ignored his request – the patient went to another surgical practice to receive reconstructive surgery on his member.
Client Three: Following penis enhancement surgery implemented by Rheinschild, patient no. 3 complained of pain and a raised mark after skin was removed from his body to build the skin flap. Accompanying this scarring the claimant noticed that his foreskin was darkening. Despite repetitively trying to reach Rheinschild continually, his calls were not returned until patient three told Dr Rheinschild that he would take him to the Medical Board
Will Rheinschild be proscecueted?
Since these reported cases, Dr G. Rheinschildis reported to have implemented loads of cosmetic surgeries without complaint and as a result, a Judge has ruled against an instant cancellation of his licence.
Further disciplinary proceedings are scheduled to take place in after Christmas.
